RIPTAW Graphics was created in 2006 as a response to all the major providers of graphic services for the promotional products industry having decided to send their work, and the jobs, to India or the Philippines.

We began with the idea in mind that by using local talent and focusing on providing old fashioned customer service that we could carve a niche for ourselves and we have not lost track of that goal.  Our definition of service requires us to always determine the lowest cost solution to the art challenge you are facing and explain the positives and negatives of each approach so you can make an informed choice.

We started with one local customer and 3 staff artists have now grown to supporting over 3000 distributors and supplier companies with a staff of 6 artists and administrative staff.  Jim remains very active in the day to day operations working to insure that commitments made are commitments kept. We have remained steadfast in our commitment to never send work out of our offices and to providing next business day service as our standard.
